We are a fraternal and friendly state, the heart and blood of our peoples are united, and there is a distance of five thousand kilometers between us. This is not an obstacle for us. As sons of our ancestors, whose hearts and blood are one, we must support each other. In order to bring trade and economic cooperation between the two countries to a higher level, we represent Kyrgyzstan here today and invite all business people who come to Kyrgyzstan. I consulted with the Minister of Trade Omer Bolat, who also visited our stand as part of the fair, and invited them to Kyrgyzstan.

20 COUNTRIES PARTICIPATED AT THE NATIONAL LEVEL

The ETHEXPO Eurasia Tourism and Health Exhibition, which opened its doors for the first time at the Istanbul Exhibition Center, brought together leading sector investors, healthcare institutions, travel agencies, hospitals and experts in their fields. More than 300 domestic and foreign companies opened stands at the exhibition, which was attended by 20 countries with national participation. The fair was attended by almost 30 thousand people, where 9 thousand foreign guests from 119 countries came.

The sector, which aims to end this year with 60 million tourists and 56 billion dollars, is entering the Turkish century with a lofty goal. According to the roadmap drawn up by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, it is planned to receive $68 billion in tourism revenues in 2024, $77 billion in 2025, $85.3 billion in 2026, $93 billion in 2027, and $100 billion in 2028. One of the most powerful efforts to achieve this goal is the diversification of tourism. It is expected that one of the biggest supports here will come from medical tourism. While medical tourism, whose average income is three times that of a tourist coming on vacation, is expected to receive two million foreign patients by the end of this year, this number is planned to increase to 5 million by 2028. It is planned that the revenues generated in health tourism will reach 30 billion. In this context, this year is 9.
